Customer agrees that use and purchase of any “My Tutu Cutie, LLC” product(s) is entirely at customer’s own risk.  Products are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services. “My Tutu Cutie, LLC” products can contain small parts, which may pose a choking hazard to young children.  Crystals are well secured on all products, but as with any product with small parts in the hands of small children, adult supervision is required at all times.  Ribbons, bows, tulle, or elastic could cause strangulation if misused or if the child is left unattended.  Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any “My Tutu Cutie, LLC” product(s). " My Tutu Cutie, LLC " denies responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or related to " My Tutu Cutie, LLC.”  By purchasing our products, buyer assumes all responsibility for its use and understands that products that have small parts should not be used by small children.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, defect, negligence or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the “My Tutu Cutie, LLC” product(s) is not liable and the risk of injury rests entirely with customer. Neither the “My Tutu Cutie, LLC” product(s) nor any of its agents, affiliates or contact providers shall be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service/products or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service/products.
